Commencement Absence
If you will not be attending commencement, please indicate so on your Application to Graduate in GRADFORMS.
Regalia
Doctoral candidates wear a scarlet and gray gown and black tam as the official commencement regalia. PhD caps and gowns can be purchased or rented through the Ohio State Bookstores only.
Master’s candidates wear a black gown with long or sheet sleeves, with an arc-sharped panel extended for each sleeve. Master’s caps, gowns, and hoods may be purchased from the Ohio State Bookstore. Fees are due at the time the order is placed.
